Request group account deletion
2027 Winter Youth Mission Camp
Use this page to request deletion of your 2027 Winter Youth Mission Camp group account and the personal data entered by the group leader. Our staff review each request; your data is not deleted the moment you submit.
We complete requests within 30 days of receipt and let you know the result by email (if registered) and on this page.
Deleted or anonymized
- Group leader's name, contact and role; group name, group code and password (you will no longer be able to sign in)
- Arrival and departure details, notes
- Personal data of participants the group entered who do not have their own account
Kept in anonymous form
- Fee payment and deposit records (amount, date, currency), as required by accounting law
- Statistics without names, such as attendance, rooms and small groups
- Message text you exchanged (the author is shown as 'Deleted participant')
- Staff access and processing logs, as required by security law
You can withdraw the request on this page until it is completed (Requested or In progress). Registrations for camps that have not ended are cancelled when the deletion is completed.
